The Project consisted of a Wet Riser Plant Room for a new high-rise Student accommodation building complete with control & alarm panels and associated 3phase motors & control ancillaries for SNS Building Services limited on behalf of Triangle Fire Systems in Stratford London.

The installation consisted of mounting of control panels, Alarm panel, galvanised cable trays and conduits.

The installation also consisted of sizing, installing and terminating multicore SWA cables from control panels to 2no. 75kw 3phase Star /Delta pump motors and a single smaller 5.5kw 3phase DOL pump motor.

The installation also consisted of installing FP200 fire resistant cabling to various control ancillaries including pressure switches, isolation valves, tank level sensors terminating at motor control panels and Remote Alarm Indicator Panel.

low resistance testing was carried out on all motor Load cables and control cables prior to final connections with Electrical installation certificate provided on completion.

Refurbishment of existing warehouse and packing area for Airberg limited, a valued customer in Crowborough Sussex.

The Project consisted of a complete strip out of existing Distribution boards and Electrical services to enable new Mezzanine flooring installation.

The installation consisted of Lighting & small power outlets to upper and lower levels of the newly installed mezzanine floor and adjacent area.

New Three phase distribution board was installed with individual MCB/RCD protection for all small power & lighting final circuits.

Installation of new wall mounted PVC Dado Trunking to perimeter walls with steel cable trays throughout all areas above the ceiling for small power cabling, lighting, fire alarm and Data communications cabling.

Installation of surface mounted metalclad socket outlets to central support columns for individual work benches.

A new single pole lighting socket outlets with local switches to individual areas were installed above ceilings to provide connection to new Plug & Play LED Luminaires to lower level and individual lighting socket outlets to upper level for suspended LED batten luminaires, Emergency lighting was also installed throughout all areas.

The Fire alarm system was upgraded with a new protection Zone to provide addition smoke detection coverage to the newly created area below Mezzanine floor.

Refurbishment of existing offices for Bae Systems in Preston Lancashire, working on behalf of DMH Contractors.

The building consisted of 4 floors with conventional brick work/ plaster walls to perimeters and partition walls for existing and newly formed offices, the floors were made up of raised computer flooring to gnd floor level with screeded floors to upper levels.

The refurbishment consisted of complete & partial strip out of 3 floors with installation of new wall mounted PVC 4compartment Dado Trunking to office areas with steel cable trays throughout all areas above the ceiling for small power cabling for fixed & portable equipment.

Flush in-screed floor Boxes were installed with-in meeting rooms for power & Data connections to central desks.

A new multipole lighting bus-bar track was installed above ceilings to provide connection to new LED Luminaires and Emergency lighting, PIR movement detectors with over-ride switching to open areas with local switches to individual offices.

New three phase power supplies to externally connected Air conditioning equipment with local switched fused connection units adjacent to ceiling mounted ducted fan control units.

New Three phase distribution boards were installed to each floor with individual MCB/RCD protection for all small power, lighting and Air conditioning final circuits.
